The former Eastwood Town boss has been rewarded with a new contract after guiding us to our highest finish in non-league in his first season in charge with us.
Chairman John Radford said: "Paul's record with us is very good and I am pleased that he has committed his future to us for the next two seasons.
"There were a number of clubs in higher leagues who were chasing Paul, but I have a good working relationship with him.
"I am an ambitious chairman and Paul knows I want us to be champions next season. I want to make sure that Paul has the tools to be able to achieve that goal."
Paul Cox added: "I am delighted to have signed. I know it has taken some time but there was never any doubt in my mind that it would happen.
"I have enjoyed my time working with the chairman and I hope our fruitful working relationship can continue.
"The hard work now begins to build on the strong foundations which we laid last season."
