...Principality Welsh Premier as the latest signing for Bala Town.

A Liverpudlian and the twin brother of ex-Caernarfon and Nomads' defender Phil, Doran arrived at The Oval in January 2008 from Leigh RMI after previous experience at Walsall and Worcester City.

He transferred to Gap Connah's Quay in August 2008 after starting the season with the Canaries but, after a season on Deeside he joined Welshpool in July 2009.

After scoring ten goals from fifty-six league appearances he moved to Altrincham in January 2010 and, despite being sent-off in his second game for the Robins, made seventeen Blue Square Bet Premier appearances.

Offered terms for last season, he declined and, despite being linked with a move to Fleetwood Town, had a spell in Australia.
