Following the appointment of Adam Hinshelwood as first-team manager of Bostik League Premier club Worthing, part of his contract will see him head up the development centre coaching, setting the blueprint for the progression of young players on their pathway to first-team football.
Hinshelwood, who holds a UEFA A Licence, will be hands-on at every session, overseeing the coaching of all age groups.
Joining Hinshelwood is Aarran Racine, a professional who’s currently a free-agent while recovering from a serious knee injury.
Worthing-based Racine started his career with Southampton before joining Forest Green Rovers in 2012.
He captained Rovers at Wembley in the 2016 National League Promotion Final before injury led to the mutual cancelling of his contact this summer.
Cameron Morrison, who will continue to assist the first-team, also features on the development centre’s coaching roster, along with current under-18 coach Steve Hoare, and former Worthing under-18 players Rui Buckland and Andy Thompson.
