Dublin Brought in as Joint Boss

....and Clem Dublin as joint-managers for 2012/13.

Jason White and Paul Appleton will continue as first-team coaches.

Dublin joins from St Andrews, who finished one place below Oadby in last season`s East Midlands Counties League campaign.

Dublin has spent several seasons in management, including the last four years at St Andrews where he built a side over a period and finished a credible fourth place.

Previously Dublin won the Leicestershire Senior League with neighbours Friar Lane & Epworth in his first season in charge and took them to the Midland Alliance, finishing in a respectable mid-table positon.

The achievement in winning the Senior League was significant as this was before the inception of the EMCL and the league was much stronger with Highfield Rangers and Thurnby Rangers pushing 'The Lane' all the way.

Oadby are excited with the new-look management team as they look to build on last season`s third place finish, albeit in a new league.
