.....the end of the 2013/14 season.
The attacking left-sided player, who turns 22 in October, was signed by manager Jez George from Bromley in June 2011 and went on to make over twenty appearances in his debut season for the U's, scoring six goals.
Dunk was pleased to have lengthened his contract at the R Costings Abbey Stadium and said: "I am delighted to extend my stay at Cambridge and I'm really looking forward to the forthcoming season.
"The club is moving in the right direction with some good, exciting young players and I'm delighted to play a part of it. Cambridge is a great club with great fans and they have been wonderful to me. I'd like to repay them for their support and repay the Club for putting their faith in me."
George said: "We are absolutely delighted that Harrison has signed a new contract.
"As we all know he is a player of real potential and was instrumental in our excellent first half of last season. We badly missed him when he was injured but he's been working really hard with Greg and Scott to come back stronger and fitter than ever.
"It is crucial that we do not let any of our young players enter the final year of their contract, which is why this is such an important situation to address this summer.
"Harrison will play an integral part in what we are trying to achieve and we will only improve the squad by holding on to our best players. It speaks volumes for our coaching staff that Harrison is willing to trust us with his football development over the next two years
