Both were with Bridgwater last season and joint-manager Kevin Milsom said: "We've not got many players left from last season. "There's been a massive change within the club - the atmosphere is so different. "We've been very happy with the way things have gone in pre-season. "Paul West has brought a breath of fresh air to the club. "He's so enthusastic and it rubs off on the players."
