The 22-year old Welshman has impressed in pre-season and, being comfortable on either flank, offers something different to the rest of the Exiles’ squad.

Having spent seven years at Cardiff City as a youngster and two seasons at Bristol Rovers, where he made forty League appearances, Swallow moved to York City towards the end of last season but made only a handful of appearances for the Minstermen.
