A Wales under-18 international who signed for Cefn Druids in August 2008 after previous experience with Gresford Athletic, 21-year-old Edwards moved to Technogroup Welshpool in July 2009 and joined the Seasiders at the beginning of last season.

He has scored seven times from sixty-three Welsh Premier appearances.

Meanwhile, Black & Greens' boss Alan Morgan has re-signed two key players from last season, Michael Howard and Sion James. Defender Howard was voted supporters' and players' player of the season at Aberystwyth's dinner on Saturday after thirty appearances for the club in the last campaign.

James will be starting his eighth consecutive season at Park Avenue and has appeared 223 times.
