....League Premier Division after the club were finally told by the FA they had been promoted.
Tuttle takes over from Neville Roach, who left the club recently to take charge of Thatcham Town in the Evo-Stik League Southern Division One Central.
He arrives after a spell as boss of Henley Town, who were relegated from the Uhlsport Hellenic League Premier Division last season due to a lack of facilities at the club.
The new manager was formerly a central defender, having had playing spells at Tottenham Hotspur, Sheffield United, Crystal Palace, Barnsley and Millwall. He also ran the youth set-up at Swindon and briefly became caretaker manager when Dennis Wise left the club to go to Leeds United.
Talking of his appointment, Tuttle said: “I am looking forward to the challenge and we hope that some of the players who got the team promoted will stay.
“I have been very impressed with the way the club is run and what they are doing, but I know it is not going to be easy in the premier.
“Our first objective is make sure we stay up and I believe we can do that. We can then build from there in seasons to come.”
