...back room staff in the shape of former Aston Villa star Mark Draper, who will begin work with the club on the training pitch on 8th February. Draper, now 41, has had a fantastic pro career. He made over 500 first-team appearances from the age of 17 for Notts County, Leicester City, Aston Villa, Southampton and Spanish side Rayo Vallencano.
He also possesses three England under-21 international caps.
His trophy cabinet includes a League Cup winners` medal with Villa, Division Two and Three play-off winners` medals with Notts County and he was also a Wembley finalist in 1993.
He was signed by Leicester City 1994 for £1.25m – their first £1m record signing – and received a senior England call-up during time with the Foxes.
Signed by Aston Villa 1996 for £3.25m – then their joint record signing, he was again called up to the full England squad in 1996 for World Cup Qualifier in Moldova.
Now a UEFA 'A' qualified coach, Draper made a brief playing comeback with Radford`s neighbours Dunkirk a couple of years ago – six years after retiring as a player with Southampton.
