The 32-year-old defender has plenty of experience and made a debut against Buxton on Saturday.

Fylde boss Dave Challinor boosted his defensive options using his Football League connections, signing a player who he played with at Bury.

Haslam started his career with Sheffield Wednesday and made 143 appearances for them, including in the Premier League, in his time at Hillsborough.

He has also played at Halifax Town, Bury, and Hartlepool prior to his release from Pools this summer.
