Fans` favourite Sigere joined the club at the start of last season and made his debut in the opening day 4-0 victory against Ware on 20th August 2011. He went on to play twenty-four times for Grays in league and cup games.
He wanted to thank the staff and supporters for making his time at Grays an enjoyable one and wish the club success for the coming season.
Martinique-born Sigere started his footballing career in France with Bordeaux playing in their reserve team in the fourth tier of French football from 1997 to 1999.
Whilst with Bordeaux, Sigere made an appearance for France under-20s in 1997. He had a spell on loan with Lusitanons Saint-Maur in 1999, before travelling to England to join Rushden & Diamonds on loan in March 2000.
He played seven games in League football for Diamonds before moving to Stevenage Borough in the Conference.
He went on to join Kent outfit Margate in 2002 for £7,500, and played forty-nine times, scoring nine goals in his eighteen-month stay at Margate.
He had spells with Hornchurch, Heybridge Swifts, Gravesend & Northfleet and Lewes.
In his first season with the Rooks, he was the club’s top goal scorer with twenty-three goals in forty-one appearances.
He was loaned out to Horsham before returning to Lewes. He then signed for Lewes’ rivals Eastbourne Borough, before being loaned to Horsham again in October 2008 for three months.
