....keep his side`s title bid on track.

The manager was quick to snap up goalkeeper Dean Graham and winger Aaron Wilson when Sam Alexander and Mitch Tippins each sustained a broken ankle.

The pair made their debuts in Bitton’s 3-1 win at Larkhall Athletic last Saturday and are set to continue at home to Barnstaple Town tomorrow.

Fey said: “Dean is a terrific keeper who was Bristol Manor Farm’s players’ player of the year last season, but for whatever reason he has been edged out by Lee Ballard there.

“Aaron is only 22 and has good Southern League pedigree, having played for Gloucester City and Chippenham Town. I know about him from my days at Manor Farm when he was a bright young kid coming through.”

Bitton aim to cash in on a run of six straight home fixtures, but they head the table on goal difference only after Hallen drew level on points with them following Tuesday’s 2-1 win at Bishop Sutton.

“Any one of six teams can still win the league, but the pressure is on them to take top spot away from us,” added Fey.
