Fleming Relfective After Poor April
Terry Fleming

....a disappointing April left him with an all too familiar feeling of why?

After winning at Quorn and then showing some real mettle in March to ensure safety and a bit more besides, the club failed to win a game in April.

“Consistency is the key and lack of it has been our problem,” Fleming commented.

"I had a long talk to the players after our final defeat both as a group and as individuals.

"I told them what I expected next season and all the patience shown this season would disappear.

"I have already been contacted by several players who are keen to join the club and providing they are in a expenses budget they will be welcome to join us pre-season.

"I personally am in a much better position than last season when my phone didn't ring at all. I want much more competition for places to avoid the complacency which has marred our season."
