Former Favourite Returns to Albion
Dale Kelly

Returning to the club following a short spell with NPL Premier Division side Stocksbridge Park Steels is former Albion favourite Dale Kelly.

Kelly started with the under-19 side a few years age and quickly established himself in the first-team.

He was snapped up by Stocksbridge in the middle of last season following some impressive displays.

Albion joint-manager Lloyd Fellows said: “We nurtured Dale in the under-19’s when he joined the club and are delighted that he has agreed to return to the fold. Dale is a class player and will be an asset to the club.”

The second signing is Nathan Dixon - a midfielder signed from close neighbours Ossett Town.

Dixon played in the successful Glasshoughton Welfare side last season and has had experience in the Blue Square Bet Premier with Grimsby Town.

Fellows added: “Nathan comes highly recommended and will be another asset to our small squad. He is a class midfielder and a welcome addition.”

Albion chairman Stephen Hanks said: “I am delighted at the two new signing and extend a warm welcome to the club to both players. I hope they have a long and happy stay at the club.”
