...strengthen for the 2011/12 campaign.

Trinity announced the signing of Jonathan D'Laryea, Shane Clarke, Mark Gray and goalkeeper Andy Pettinger.

Former Mansfield Town midfielder D'Laryea, 25, links up with Trinity after parting ways with fellow Blue Square Bet North outfit Eastwood Town.

Centre half Gray, 19, joins Gainsborough following his release by Blue Square Bet Premier side Grimsby Town this summer.

Midfielder Clarke, 23, has signed for Brian Little's side after a short spell with North American side Chicago Fire.

Clarke left Boston United in February after being offered a trial by the MLS side, but his stay was brought to an end after the signing of Marko Maric.

Pettinger spent most of last season with Brigg Town. However, he started his career with Scunthorpe and then Everton.

He left Goodison Park without making a senior appearances and joined Grimsby Town, where he played three times.

Spells with Ossett Town and Armthorpe Welfare followed before he signed for Brigg.

They join 19-year old Jonathan Williams, who left Scunthorpe at the end of his contract following their relegation to League One, 21-year-old Ryan Paczkowski from Brigg Town and Dominic Roma from Harrogate Town as new arrivals to date.
