Steven Kinniburgh, Greg Ling, Mark Bell and Eugene Libertucci are all newcomers to the Eagles, while youth product Seb Simpson has also re-signed at the New Eyrie.
Kinniburgh, 23, parted company with League Two side Oxford United at the end of January 2012 after having his contract cancelled by mutual consent and ended last season with Blue Square Bet Premier side AFC Telford United.
The left-back spent one month on loan at Cambridge United towards the start of the 2011/12 season and made two appearances for the U`s.
Kinniburgh was on the books of Glasgow Rangers prior to joining Oxford and has also spent time on loan at Queen of the South and St Johnstone.
Central midfielder Ling joins after helping Long Buckby to win the ChromaSport & Trophies United Counties League Premier Division title last season.
Wide midfielder Bell hopes to end an eighteen-month injury nightmare with Bedford.
Originally with Oxford United, after joining neighbours Oxford City, Bell caught swine flu before a succession of injuries, including a hamstring, a pelvic problemand a groin injury saw him sidelined.
He played only a couple of times for City last season and was released in at the end of the campaign.
Central midfielder Libertucci arrives from Conference North side Histon.
A tenacious and versatile player, equally happy on the right, left or centre of the park, he is a product of the successful Histon academy.
