Geoghaghon signed for the Quakers in October 2011 as a free agent and made his debut in a thrilling 4-3 win at Stockport County.
Geoghaghon is a player whom former Darlo manager Mark Cooper had wanted to bring to the Arena for a period of time having also worked with him at Kettering Town before taking him to Peterborough.
The giant centre back has also played for Rotherham, Shrewsbury, Port Vale and Barnet after beginning his career with Sutton Coldfield Town in 2000.
He then had spells with Bromsgrove Rovers and Redditch United before joining Cooper for the first time with Kettering in 2008.
In November, Geohaghon returned to League Two football, signing a three-month loan deal with Dagenham & Redbridge.
Meanwhile, his parent club Darlington were suffering financial difficulties and Geohaghon's contract was terminated on 16th January along with the rest of the playing squad.
