The Greenbacks march majestically into the Evo-Stik League Southern Premier Division after an emotion-packed victory in a tense Division One Central play-off final at the Oval against Beaconsfield SYCOB.

Scores of supporters in a season's-best crowd of 830 raced on to the pitch at the final whistle to celebrate a memorable 3-1 win.

Goals from the Greenbacks three top scorers - Ashley Robinson, Mitchell Piggon and Ashley Spencer - ensured our place in the third tier of non-League football.

Robinson fired Bedworth ahead in the 18th minute only for Beaconsfield to draw level 3 minutes later from danger man Victor Osubu.

Piggon restored the Greenbacks lead in the 58th minute but Beaconsfield refused to lie down until Spencer snatched a third goal deep into injury-time to spark off jubilant celebrations from home fans.
