Former Middlesbrough man Gulliver is a dominant central defender who was released by Rushden & Diamonds in 2008.
He almost signed for the Steelmen earlier but negotiations fell through and he went on loan to Oxford City until the end of 2008.
At the first opportunity, then Steelmen manager Graham Drury went back in for Gulliver who had no hesitation in signing.
He made his debut in the game against Rugby Town on New Year`s Day and made an immediate impact on the defence which from the day he joined went 530 minutes without conceding a goal.
He led Corby to the Southern League title in his first season and also netted at Rockingham Road in the Northants FA Hillier Cup semi-final victory against local rivals Kettering Town in February 2010.
