Baris Northern Counties East League
Published 12th July 2012
The Baris Northern Counties East League has recently been informed by the Football Association that the Arbitration case between Handsworth FC and the Football Association had been dismissed by the Arbitrator.
This means that the provisional league constitution adopted at the recent AGM for season 2012/13 is now fully effective.
The Baris Northern Counties East League have refrained from issuing any statement until this point to allow the club Handsworth FC to consider its future position.
The club have now communicated with the league and stated it is to continue with a senior team in the County Senior League and has ambitions to rejoin the Baris Northern Counties East League for season 2013/14 subject to them finishing in a qualifying position in the Step 7 league and also when meeting the FA grading criteria.
The Management Board of the Northern Counties East League are delighted with this news from the club and wish them well in the future development on and off the field.
No further statement will be issued by the NCEL Board on this subject.
