Byron Walker converted a 49th minute penalty then added a second goal 3 minutes later.

Woodstock's Jon Neal pulled one back from the penalty spot on 85 minutes but in the last minute Walker completed his hat-trick.

Tunbridge Wells move up to fifth place with a 2-0 win at home to near-neighbours Sevenoaks Town - Andy Irvine scored a goal in either half.

Bottom side Greenwich Borough found Christmas spirit lacking at home to Holmesdale as they were beaten 5-1.

Damien Ramsamy scored first for the home side but then Chris Hatt and Ricky Hardy scored for the Dalers to make it 2-1 at half-time.

Steve Strotten hit a second half brace and Jamie Baker finished off to give Holmesdale the points.
