Leaders Hungerford Town did manage to play, however, and completed a comfortable 4-1 win at North Leigh.
Scott Rees gave the visitors the boost of an early 6th minute lead that Mark Draycott doubled after 23 minutes.
Luke Hopper made it 3-0 after 32 minutes, and although Connor McDonagh reduced the deficit 10 minutes after the break, James Clark made sure with a fourth for Hungerford a couple of minutes from time.
None of the next five clubs in the table played because of the weather.
Cirencester Town were held to a goalless draw at Shortwood United, but Wimborne Town completed a comfortable 4-1 victory at Winchester City.
Steve Smith put the Magpies ahead after 34 minutes and around the hour-mark came a burst of three goals in 9 minutes, with Micky Hubbard and Matt Kemble making it 3-0 before Andy Robinson reduced the arrears for City.
Hubbard completed the scoring by netting Wimborne`s fourth in stoppage time.
Evesham United scored through Leigh Downing 12 minutes from time to secure a 1-0 home win over Bishops Cleeve, while third-bottom Yate Town`s Tom Seery scored in the 63rd minute to win 1-0 at Mangotsfield United.
Second-bottom Didcot Town scored just after the half-hour mark through Jamie Heapy to also win 1-0 at home against neighbours Abingdon United.
