....Ian Sampson and Chris Plummer as the new management team at Steel Park.
Ingram said: "Ian achieved a lot during a successful time at the biggest club in the county, Northampton Town, and I am extremely proud to unveil him as the new manager of Corby Town. Ian is a step up in class for us as a club and it is a fantastic opportunity to show the outside footballing world that we have ambition. This appointment is our statement of intent.
“Chris Plummer played professionally for a number of years and has been the Peterborough Northern Star manager in recent years. He is climbing the management ladder and has a great chance to form a good partnership with Ian at Corby."
Ingram was also keen to defend the club's policy of not re-signing any of last season's squad whilst the managerial seat was vacant.
“We have not made approaches or offers to any players since the end of the season. We have not made any offers to players either. We also have not given any opinions on players that we wish to sign or do not wish to sign because we felt that was the responsibility of the management team, which is now in place. That is their job.
“I think the mentoring ability of these guys, as well as their technical ability and passion will help to ensure that they are successful.”
