Injury-Hit Striker Given United Chance
Andy Hutchinson

....Lincoln City striker Andy Hutchinson.

Hutchinson has been suffering with an injury in recent times.

He was drafted into the Imps` squad during the 2008/09 season and made four appearances in total in his first season.

In 2009 he spent a month on loan with Blue Square Bet North side Hinckley United and at the end of his scholarship, Hutchinson signed a six-month professional contract with the club.

In January 2011 Hutchinson returned to the Conference North on loan, this time with Harrogate Town, and the following May was one of just three squad players to be offered a new contract by Lincoln after a mass clear out of players following relegation from the Football League.

Hutchinson, however was to miss the entire 2011/12 season through injury and was released at the end of May 2012.

This has given him the desire to get back in the game and show just what he is capable of.

And United are hopeful that this will help to kick-start their season.
