John Suspended By Hellenic League
Reading Town’s on-loan star Phillip John has been suspended by the Uhlsport Hellenic League for the rest of the season.

It relates to an unpaid administration fee involving his parent club Redditch when he went on loan to Evo-Stik League Southern Division One South & West side Didcot Town last year.
“We are trying to get it sorted out as soon as possible,” said Town manager Mark Bartley. “We are looking to get the ban lifted.”
But chairman Roland Ford added: “We are in the hands of the Hellenic League as the matter was referred to them by the Southern League.
“The matter will probably have to be discussed again by the league management and it could be a few weeks before they meet.”
John, who is on loan from Redditch United, has not played for Town in recent weeks due to a back problem.
