King Makes First New Signing for Macc

Jack Mackreth

....bringing in winger Jack Mackreth from league rivals Barrow AFC on a one-year deal.

The pacey right winger was an almost ever-present for the Bluebirds last season as they achieved a mid-table position in the table, taking home the club's player of the year award.

Mackreth made forty-six appearances in all competitions last season, scoring five times, including running the length of the pitch against Luton. He is also a member of the Semi Pro Wales under-23 squad.

He came through the ranks at Tranmere Rovers where he gained extra experience with loan spells at Burscough, Colwyn Bay and Cammell Laird as well as a spell with Hyde FC the following season.
