Star striker Adam Heath, who missed last season with a broken leg and dislocated ankle, has joined Devizes Town, while captain and son Craig is set to take several players to new Wiltshire League outfit Box Rovers.
Gingell said: “It’s hard because we don’t have budget here and I think that us staying up last year was a really good achievement.
“Losing Heather is a big blow but I can’t stop the kid when he’s going to be getting paid at Devizes.
“I’ll probably lose two or three players to the team Craig’s helping set up and that won’t help either.
“There were two lads that I was desperate to get in from Radstock Town but I couldn’t offer them anything – it’s just the way it is at the club.”
