Long-Serving Bennett to Step Down

Des Bennett

......position with the Baris Northern Counties East League Premier Division club at the end of the season.

It is with regret that the committee accept Bennett's resignation after he stated his decision on wanting to concentrate more of his time on his work and family commitments.

This means his last game will be the home fixture against Pickering Town this Saturday (28th April).

Armthorpe Welfare have thanked Bennett for all his hard work, commitment, and loyalty to the club as both a player and manager over the last two decades and have wished him all the best for the future.

Armthorpe Welfare have already begun their search for a new manager.
