First to go was Quorn chief Tommy Brookbanks, axed at Farley Way along with assistant Mark Harvey after seven months in charge, despite the Leicestershire club being title contenders and maintaining an interest in three cup competitions.
Reserve team manager Denis Moran has stepped up to fill the vacancy.
Next to leave his club was Jamie Weston at Peterborough Northern Star, who stepped down at Chestnut Avenue after six months at the Star helm.
Work commitments forcing his exit. Assistant and ex-Yaxley manager Gary Clipston has been handed the reins on a caretaker basis.
A third boss vacating his position is Harborough Town manager Andy Wilson, who has taken up a coaching post at Blue Square Bet North club Histon.
Wilson had been in charge at Bowdens Park for five years, leading Town to three promotions as they climbed from Division One of the Northants Combination to UCL Premier.
Assistant-manager Chris Church, who has spent four years on the Harborough coaching staff, takes over for now.
