Mossley Signings

....the last few days - the latest two being midfielder Ashley Young and striker Sam Hind.

Also now signed with the Lilywhites for the 2012/13 season are Martin Pearson, Kayde Coppin, Dave Young, Keil O'Brien, Gary Gee, Jay Gorton, Nathan Taylor, Ben Richardson and Gavin Salmon.

Several more players are expected to sign over the coming days with manager Steve Halford looking to establish an eighteen-man squad before the season's big kick-off against Bamber Bridge on 18th August.

Young signs after returning from Australia where he played for Bunbury Force in the Western Australia State League.

The 22-year-old midfielder has previous experience with Burnley, Bury, Falkirk, Erie Admirals in the USA and Hyde FC.

Twenty-fiv-year-old midfielder Gee arives after spending nine years at Woodley (now Stockport) Sports where he graduated through the youth system to establish himself as a first-team regular.

Gorton and Hind both arrive from North West Counties League side Glossop North End where they have both played through the junior ranks. Like Dave Young they both played in Glossop's FA Vase Final appearance at Wembley in 2008.
