MyFootballclub Delighted with Daish Deal
Liam Daish

....remain with Blue Square Bet Premier club.

The members of MyFC (Majority owners of Ebbsfleet United) had been voting on the deal and voted 98% in favour of the deal. Keith Handley, MyFC chairman commented: "The members have shown once again their total belief in the abilities of Team Manager Liam Daish. The two-year contract gives us all something to build on to cement our position in the Blue Square Bet Premier and then try to move the club and team forward in the future." Daish will become the longest-serving Fleet manager in June this year. He came to the club in February 2005 and was in charge of his first game in a 2-2 draw away in the league at Carlisle. He has been the Fleet's team manager for the entire period of Myfootballclub’s involvement with the club from 2008 to 2012. Members of MyFootballclub are currently raising funds to help fund the playing budget for the coming season. A website has been set up at http://www.fleetsos.co.uk/ where members and non-members alike can make either a one off payment or set up a monthly regular payment from £5 per month. This is going to be important for the upcoming season. MyFootballclub members all look forward to hearing about player negotiations in due course and preparations for the 2012/13 season in the Blue Square Bet Premier.
