Maan made his debut for the Rocks on the opening day at Concord Rangers and scored the second goal in a good 3-1 win for the newly-promoted side.

Another new signing who impressed against Concord was 19-year-old midfielder Lewis Stockford, a former Portsmouth player who had only signed for Blue Square Bet South side Havant & Waterlooville last month.

The Rocks now have a new captain Ben Andrews.

Joint boss Jamie Howell said: “We ideally need one or two more players to have a full squad.”
