Tim Davies and Craig Griffiths have been appointed co-managers of Uhlsport Hellenic League Division One West club Milton United until the end of the season.

They replace Marcus Brown, who resigned last month.

Brown spent several years at the club, playing numerous roles including director of football and more recently assistant to Paul Bedwell during the successful Hellenic Division One East title-winning season 2013/14. He took on the role of manager at the start of this season

Davies has been working with the club’s youth teams in the past few years, taking a more prominent role at the club as Director of Football.

Griffiths is a long-serving player at the club, joining as youth team player – all of sixteen years ago – and spent the majority of his playing career at United interspersed with spells at Yeading, Didcot Town, Wallingford Town and Harwell International.

With ten games left, the duo have been tasked with establishing a team style of play and work ethic that had dwindled in past weeks.
