.....coming season, with additions to both the first-team and reserve team coaching staff.
Irlam old boy Ryan Hutchinson is rejoining the club, and will take up a coaching role alongside first-team manager Nick Parker and his existing coaching team.
Meanwhile, the reserve team will be under the control of a brand new management team, Steve Nixon and Matty Kay, who were in charge of the club’s ‘A’ team last season.
Secretary Warren Dodd said: “For the first team, Ryan will be a great addition to the set up as we look forward, and comes to us fresh from coaching a local side to a league championship in his first foray into management last season.
“It’s all change with the reserves, with last season’s manager Neil Lewis returning back to local football in the town after putting in 100 % commitment with the club last season. Our thanks and good wishes go to Neil and we wish him well for next season.
“Our "A" team from last season, comprising players that we can safely say are a first team in the making, make the step up from a successful campaign in a local district league into the NWCFL Reserves League. It’s an ambitious step for all involved, but a strong management team of Steve Nixon and Matty Kay will relish the opportunity to step up.”
