O`Toole left the Royals recently following the departure of manager Keith Scott and the playing budget at Stag Meadow.

He had scored seven goals from six games, but in 2011/12 managed forty-three goals from forty-one appearances after joining Windsor from Hanwell Town.

He has previous experience with Burnham and Uxbridge, where he enjoyed two spells.
