Tony Martin

Coming into Wodson Park is Lewis Donovan, a wide midfielder who previously played for Ware under Tony Faulkner two seasons ago before undergoing surgery on his foot.

He spent most of last season recovering from a knee injury whilst playing at Broxbourne Borough in the Molten Spartan South Midlands League Premier Division.

Shane Wyllie, a striker from league rivals Redbridge, impressed during the first 45 minutes of last Wednesday night’s triallist game and was signed along with Donovan after the final whistle.

Another player returning to the club for a second spell is young striker Tony Martin.

Martin joined Ware for a two-month loan period from then Ryman Premier outfit Billericay Town at the beginning of last season, scoring twice.
