Toolstation NCEL Premier Division side Clipstone are appealing for help after suffering a break-in during the weekend writes Tom Feaheny.

Already the club has since raised £1,690 out of its £2,000 target as they endeavour to restore facilities.

A fine gesture has also been offered by Mansfield Town boss Steve Evans who confirmed he will send a first team XI to the Worksop Van Hire Stadium on Tuesday 28 November, this will help the club raise more funds as they look to make vital repairs.

While other clubs including Maltby Main, AFC Mansfield & Pickering Town have offered to help.

The Cobras’ clubhouse was broken into and vandalised on Saturday night, as catering equipment was wrecked and walls were soiled with sauce.
