Southport supporters will hold a protest against chairman Charlie Clapham this weekend, with rumours gather pace that his time at the club could finally be nearing an end.
Port have been relegated for the Vanarama National League following a season which has seen them employ four managers.
Fans say long serving chairman Clapham is one of the reasons why the club has gone backwards.
Port fans will ‘show the red card’ to the club’s owner, who is known for the lack of time he gives managers.
During the game with Lincoln they will hold up A3 cards to show what they think of the ownership issues.
Andy Preece has yet to hear what the future holds for him with the manager work on a month to month deal.
Pressure is growing off the pitch with rumours that Clapham, who has been at the club for 30 years, is set to step back.
Nobody from the club has confirmed that news but a statement could be released next week.
