Farsley Celtic boss Adam Lakeland has called for his side to bounce back from their late loss against Stalybridge Celtic as they face them again in the league writes Tom Feaheny.

The Evo-Stik Premier teams meet at Throstle Nest on Tuesday evening, speaking ahead of the next game between the two teams, Lakeland told the club’s website.

“Stalybridge are, in my opinion and on what I saw on Saturday, in a false position and we have to remember that last season there were two divisions difference between the two sides. We now get ready to face them again at Throstle Nest on Tuesday where we turn our attentions back to the league campaign.”

When looking at Celtic’s squad Lakeland picked out the new signings their opponents have been able to make and how good they are.

“Stalybridge made three additions during the week in Tom Brown, Aiden Chippendale and Liam Dickinson, all of whom started the game and made a big difference to them, especially Dickinson. He is a real handful, as he is a player who wins the majority of first balls, gives his side the option to play forward early and causes problems from balls into the area from crosses, long throws and set plays.”
