David Knight

....to assemble their 2012/13 squad and have today agreed to sign young striker David Knight.

Knight was with Thurrock, who were relegated from the Conference South, late last season and has also represented Aveley, Billericay Town and East Thurrock United.

The 21-year-old faced Boro at Priory Lane and scored for Fleet in the vital 2-1 home win for Sports.

"David is someone Alan and I have been aware of for some time," said Widdrington. "He has great pace and created all sorts of problems when we faced him last season. We look forward to him doing the same for us."
