Influential performers Ian Ross and Marc Newsham have both committed their futures to Blue Square Bet North club Boston United.

Now Ross and Newsham Commit to Pilgrims

Marc Newsham

Ross, 26, and Newsham, 25, were major players for the Pilgrims in 2011/12 and they have both signed new deals ahead of the 2012/13 season.

Ross arrived in November 2011 from Conference North rivals Harrogate Town and thrived in the playmaker’s role, scoring four goals in twenty-six appearances.

Newsham, meanwhile, scored twenty-one goals to finish the season as the Pilgrims’ top scorer — in addition to scooping three end-of-season awards. He also passed the fifty-goal mark in United colours during the course of the season.
