Pitchero Non League

Twenty-eight-year-old left-back Parsons has rejoined Hemel after spending just over a year at the reformed Windsor FC in the Combined Counties League.

He left Stag Meadow following the departure of manager Keith Scott and the withdrawal of the playing budget.

As well as Hemel, Parsons has also worn the colours of Wycombe Wanderers, Windsor & Eton and Maidenhead United.

He made fifty-two appearances for Windsor in its new guise and was the club captain.
