Vickers is looking to put the past disappointments behind them with an impressive list of new signings ahead of the new season.

In from league rivals Romsey Town are brothers Ryan and Jake Long and Ross Gregory, Paul Preston from New Milton Town, Joe Byrne, Max Crow and Dave Ewen all from Bournemouth Poppies and ex-Hamworthy United man Luke Burbidge. Scott Sampson, previously with Newport (IoW), AFC Bournemouth and AFC Totton, has also signed, despite reported interest from Evo-Stik League Southern Division One South & West neighbours Scholing.
