.....announced his new management team.
After a successful season, Quinn feels the new structure will take Town to the next level and he has been busy ensuring the club is fully equipped behind the scenes as the pre-season campaign draws closer.
A number of changes have taken place at the club and Quinn is delighted with the finished product.
Charlie Tolley has been confirmed as development team manager after stepping up from his role with the under-19's - a key role for the club as the team enters its inaugural season in the East Lancashire League.
Robert Mitchell has returned to the club as the development team coach after spells as player-manager at local level.
At Academy level Quinn has recruited Simon Ward to head the academy. Ward has a range of coaching qualifications and experiences and is relishing the opportunity to work with the club's young players.
Alongside Ward will be Mick Hirst, who joins the club following a number of years` experience within junior football.
At first-team level, Mark Booth has taken up the role of assistant-manager with Mark Brady stepping up from the reserves to become first-team coach.
Barry Thomas has moved into a new role as head of player development overlooking player progress across the club.
Paul Brown has become the club's official goalkeeper coach and Adam Hewlett has been appointed as head of conditioning and analysis.
Dan Taylor of `Physio 4 All` will continue as the club’s physiotherapist.
Quinn said: "It was key as a club we got the management structure in place before the start of pre-season.
“We have made some excellent additions and what is evident is we now have real depth and expertise within the club. The additions of the fitness and condition expert in Adam and a goalkeeping specialist in Paul are of paramount importance. The club will also benefit from the appointments within the development and Academy sides. Charlie is in place to drive the development side forward and has already been working hard on this project. We also have two very promising young coaches in Rob and Simon joining the club and both are aiming to develop with us.
“We are now all busy finalising details for the season ahead as we aim to raise the bar across the club."
