The 20-year-old has been snapped up on non-contract terms after scoring seventeen goals in the NPL First Division North last season.

Newman`s previous clubs include Alsager Town and Winsford United, where he was top goal scorer in the 2010/11 season netting twenty-nine times from just thirty-one appearances. Albion decided not to extend his one year contract at the end of last season after the striker suffered a hamstring injury.
