The Evo-Stik League Southern

.....Evo-Stik League Southern Premier Division rivals Weymouth’s annual general meeting.
The striker has agreed a lucrative one-year deal with the Poppies but it is still not clear how he intends to repay the £2,000 he owes the Terras for a recent private knee operation.
Byerley told the Dorset Echo last Saturday that if Kettering did not pay the sum in full this week he would refuse to put pen-to-paper but the 27-year-old has since gone to ground with Rolls insisting that such a one-off payment is out of the question. The Cambridge-based businessman, who is currently the acting chairman at Nene Park, said: “Warren is signing on Saturday. He is coming up then and that is when everything will be sorted out.
“As for the money he owes Weymouth, I have tried to call Nigel Biddlecombe (Terras’ chairman) but it appears he is not taking my calls.
“We are prepared to pay the loan off but not in one lump sum.
“Weymouth told Warren he could pay it back over the course of the season and we are willing to do the same.”
When asked for a response, Biddlecombe added: “I haven’t had any missed calls but there we go.
“On the subject of Warren’s loan, it is something we will sort out when it happens.
“It is not Kettering’s problem at the end of the day and Weymouth FC will deal directly with Warren.
“We need to know from him exactly how this is going to be sorted out.”
Rolls intimated to the Dorset Echo last week that he may attend this weekend’s AGM at the Bob Lucas Stadium but it would now appear that is not on his agenda.
Biddlecombe has already moved to quash such an appearance by warning his predecessor that he would not be able to participate in the meeting due to the fact his family no longer possesses a shareholding in the club.
