....the Evo-Stik League First Division South clubs` management structure.

Son of Moor Green and Solihull Moors legend Bob Faulkner, Marc has been involved on the Midlands non-League circuit for a number of years, gaining valuable experience that the Roms' boss was keen to utilise.

Evans said: "Marc Faulkner will be joining the management team of myself and Dave Barnett this season.

"Marc has helped us to attract quality players to the club over the summer and is currently busy watching future opponents.

"He will also work alongside me by overseeing the youth development at the club, with the aim of bringing our own players into the first-team from our under-18 and under-21s sides.”

Faulkner has previous experience with Coleshill Town and is looking forward to helping Romulus establish their own young players in a first-team environment, as well as working at a higher level.
