....Brislington with the acquisition of Chris Luke.
The 28-year-old has agreed to sign for the Bees after failing to break into Weymouth’s first-team and boss Trevor Senior is delighted to have him on board.
He said: “Chris was on dual registration forms with Sherborne Town and Weymouth but after finding it hard to break into the starting eleven at the Bob Lucas Stadium due to how well the team was playing, he has decided to come down to us.
“He has a lot of experience and that is just what we need at present.
“Brendon King at Weymouth is happy for him to sign for us and having sorted everything out with Sherborne, we are now just waiting for all the paperwork to go through in time so he can make his debut today.”
The Bees will also welcome back Russell Legg at Brislington but Darren Lock is still suspended and Sam Charles is sidelined with a knee injury, which he picked up in last weekend’s 3-0 home defeat against Hallen.
Senior added: “We still don’t know any more on Sam’s knee.
“He went up with the keeper and when he landed it just gave out underneath him and from the way it swelled up straight away it looks like it might be a cartilage problem but until we get the proper result we will just have to wait and see.”
