The Shaymen`s squad includes players already contracted for this season in Liam Hogan, Liam Needham and Jamie Rainford, while Danny Lowe, Scott McManus, Ryan Toulson and Lee Gregory have also agreed terms for the new season, and Phil Senior and Jason St Juste will both return.
The Shaymen are currently in the process of bringing in some new faces - a process that will be on-going throughout the pre-season.
The club has announced the first two new arrivals - and none come much bigger than Ben Futcher, who has signed a season-long loan from Bury.
At 31 and 6’7”, Futcher has some stature and a wealth of experience to bring to the Club. Son of former professional footballer Paul Futcher, Ben has played for Oldham Athletic, Boston United, Grimsby Town and Peterborough United, but racked up the majority of his League appearances with Lincoln City (126) and Bury (119).
The second new addition is 27-year-old Dale Johnson, a striker who played for Droylsden last season and names amongst his others Hyde FC and Altrincham.
